How do I return the product?
You can request the exchange within 7 calendar days by sending us an email to contato@turez.com.br;
The product must not contain evidence of use;
The Product must have the tags intact;
The Product must be sent together with the invoice;
The postal expenses related to the return of merchandise are borne by Turez in the first exchange.
Can I request a refund?
Yes. When requesting a return, you can choose between receiving the amount paid back, or using an exchange voucher. When opting for the exchange, a coupon will be generated for the value of the returned product valid for 90 days.
The request for exchange or return of products will only be made if the payment has not been disputed with the card company.
